My Personal Journey: From Sketch on Paper to Designing for the Digital World
Since I was a kid, I have been fascinated by design: I have found solutions to everyday problems and sketched ideas on paper. As a result, I immersed myself in design from the very beginning of my studies. In high school, I designed architectures and environments, and later, at university, I focused on digital product design, learning a user-centered methodology. Understanding everyday problems and designing services that improve people's lives has always been my main goal. My attitude enabled me to graduate with honors from the Politecnico di Milano, one of the best design universities in the world, with a Master's degree in Communication.
My career has taken me to startups, small graphic design studios, large international companies like Disney, and finally to the frog Innovation Team, where I have grown significantly as a designer and professional. I enjoy designing with purpose and logic, following a method where nothing is left to chance: Discover > Explore > Scale, a process that aims to meet user, business, and technical needs, no matter what phase it is, from concept to product development.
Additionally, I have taught at the Politecnico di Milano, SUPSI, and other institutions, guiding young designers in applying a user-centered methodology and creating high-quality digital products.
Today, I am looking for new challenges, eager to be part of ambitious projects that, like me, aim to make a significant impact. The dream for me is to be able to say to a friend who uses a service that makes their lives easier: "I was part of the team that designed it.
"Who knows, maybe you (the reader) will be part of that team!
